Welcome! My name is Sapphire Stone and I’m seventeen years old. I’ve spent a good deal of time thinking about what to provide that could support teens and bring us all together to support each other. Therefore I've started this website, a monthly telecall for teens, and I offer one-on-one conversations.  Eventually there will be  a blog for an ongoing, constant connection between teens.

 The Gift
I’ve had a few people ask me “How is talking to you any different from talking to someone else?” I’ve thought about how to describe the special gifts I carry that make me a unique support for teens.

Do not be fooled by my age because it only defines me in my physical appearance. I seem to be detached from the traditional pressures of teen life as I naturally come from a very different perspective. In fact, many of you teens come from a different perspective and do not know it. I come from a more attuned mind that is not destabilized by my surroundings. The direct connection between energy and my soul has remained deeply intact. I wear my soul’s skin. Talking with other teens who begin to recognize their own soul skins in our conversations is a strong passion of mine. 

I was endowed with the precious gift of being able to connect wholly with my soul and the knowledge that comes with that. With this knowledge, just listening allows me to pick up on your energy, having me instinctively know what will serve and support you best.         
       
I know energy can be a weird thing to grasp at times, but it is where all of my gifts are fueled from and it allows me to delve deep into the bond with unity and how this can benefit all teens.

Monthly Telecalls
Soul Skins offers a monthly telecall that occurs the second thursday of every month. With these monthly telecalls teens call into a specific number, uniting with the many other teens of the world as we come together to form a safe zone. By creating this safe zone, we are able to express ourselves as we share the many things we all hold with the others connected on the call. We all come together to be, belong and live as a whole as we let out the things that seem to be kept contained. This monthly telecall is a place that is always there, a place to escape to in times of need as we fall into the arms of the support we create for one another. One-on-One Conversations
One-on-One conversations with me really allow teens to breakdown specific things and convey them to me so that I can better understand what can really support them best. These conversations let you delve deeper into your “soul skins” as you see the very details of your talents, skills and purposes. Another benefit to these calls is that sometimes you simply need someone to talk to, someone to always be there for you in times of need. I will never judge you, I will never put you down or disbelieve you. I am here as a support system as I listen and be with you. I am whatever you need me to be.

Important Note
Just so it is clear, I am not a professional and bring a unique ability to see to teens’ needs and support them through their own individual lives. Everything I do is sharing ideas and only ideas, nothing more than sharing and being with each other. While I am making Soul Skins an open atmosphere, it is not a place to handle real mental health or life issues that need a professional, but I do have a list of national hotlines that I give to teens that need more support than I can give. I always err on the side of caution and I have the best interest in what the teens need and the whole group.  If anything really serious or anything that could or would harm a teen comes to my attention I need to tell an adult about it, for the safety of the teens and it is important that teens realize this.
